Our Little Kickers program is designed for students ages 4-6 years old. We love this age group! But with it, we realize that their attention spans and abilities are not as developed as their older peers… yet!
Our Teen & Adult Program is designed to be more vigorous, fitness-focused, and complex in curriculum. We also focus on overall flexibility, strength and conditioning, and health of our students!
