This is the standard memberships for all our students, available to all ages. It includes all the classes on our schedules except for the Elite Club, Elite Instructor Training, and Tournament Training.
This is an excellent membership for those who want to start learning Taekwondo, and for those who continue to love Taekwondo without the added classes from the premium memberships.
The CDC recommends the following exercise recommendations…
Ages Time Frame 6-17 years old 60 or more minutes every day
18-64 years old 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic exercise and 2 or more days of muscle strengthening per week
65 and up 150 minutes of vigorous aerobic exercise and two or more days of muscle strengthening per week
The CDC considers Martial Arts such as Taekwondo a vigorous aerobic exercise. Taekwondo also fulfills all 3 types of physical activity recommended for children: aerobic, muscle strengthening, and bone strengthening.
